Staff Profile

OLODUDE Ibukunolu Isaac is currently an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Linguistics and African Languages, Faculty of Arts, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He had his B.A Yoruba (Ife) in 2006; M.A. Linguistics (Ibadan) in 2012 and PhD Linguistics (Ibadan) in 2024. His doctoral research is a multidisciplinary research that intersects the fields of Linguistics, Religious Studies and Sociology. His areas of specialization are Sociolinguistics, Applied Linguistics, Pragmatics and Discourse Analysis. His research interests are language, religion and society; language, gender and sexuality; and ecolinguistics.
